At Trionaverisol S.A.S. (Tax ID 30-71892341-7), with legal domicile at Av. Leandro N. Alem 882, floor 11, Buenos Aires, Argentina, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and related regulations.
1. Data we collect
We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide through the newsletter subscription form (full name and email address), contact forms and investor onboarding processes. Additionally, we collect technical browsing information (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of access) through cookies and similar technologies.
2. Purpose of processing
We process your data to send you commercial communications about new investment rounds, manage your eventual participation as an investor in published projects, respond to inquiries, comply with legal and regulatory obligations before the National Securities Commission (CNV) and the Financial Information Unit (UIF), and improve our services through aggregated statistical analysis.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent given when completing our forms, on the execution of contractual relationships, and on compliance with legal obligations applicable to Collective Financing Platforms (CNV General Resolution No. 717/2017 and amendments).
4. Data retention
We retain your data for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described and, subsequently, for the periods required by applicable Argentine regulations, particularly ten (10) years regarding investment operations, as required by anti-money laundering regulations.
5. Recipients and transfers
We may share your data with technology service providers (hosting, analytics, email marketing), intervening financial entities, and public bodies when there is a legal obligation. We do not sell your data. International transfers are made only to countries with adequate levels of protection or through contractual guarantees.
6. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and opposition over your personal data, as well as withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to privacy@trionaverisol.com or by postal mail to our legal domicile. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the supervisory authority in Argentina.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), access controls, log auditing and periodic security reviews.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or changes to our services. We will publish the current version on this site indicating the date of last update.
