These Terms and Conditions regulate access to and use of the trionaverisol.com site (hereinafter, the 'Site'), owned by Trionaverisol S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71892341-7, with domicile at Av. Leandro N. Alem 882, floor 11, Buenos Aires, Republic of Argentina (hereinafter, 'Trionaverisol').

1. Acceptance

Access to the Site implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Site. Trionaverisol may modify these terms at any time, publishing the updated version with its effective date.

2. Nature of the service

Trionaverisol operates a collective financing platform (real estate crowdlending) registered with the National Securities Commission under No. 014/2024, in accordance with CNV General Resolution No. 717/2017 and amendments. The Site facilitates the dissemination of collective financing projects of private initiative of an individual nature aimed at residential development in Argentina.

3. User registration

To invest in published projects, users must complete a registration and identity verification (KYC) process in accordance with UIF/CNV regulations. The user guarantees the truthfulness of the information provided and is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.

4. Investment risks

Investing in real estate crowdlending projects involves risks, including total or partial loss of the capital contributed. Estimated returns do not constitute a guarantee of results. The user states having read the project documentation before investing and understanding the risks associated with the Argentine real estate sector, including macroeconomic, regulatory, construction and market risks.

5. Fees

Trionaverisol receives a success fee on fundraising and a management fee on distributed flows. The fees applicable to each project are detailed in its technical sheet and are accepted by the user at the time of investing.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (texts, images, brands, code, designs) is the property of Trionaverisol or used under license. Total or partial reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law, Trionaverisol shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of opportunities arising from the use of the Site or from the investments made in published projects, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other forum.
